Terms of Use

AQRYO is a web-based tool that lets creators build and share interactive content for their own audiences. AQRYO is not a social network or a discovery service promising an audience.

You must be at least 13 to use AQRYO. Users aged 13–17 should use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Receiving or withdrawing money and similar financial features may be limited to users aged 18 or older, and guardian approval may be required for minor creators.

Account holders are responsible for keeping their information accurate, protecting login credentials and preventing unauthorized use.

Creators are responsible for the content they create and share. Anonymous features may not be used to harass, threaten, target or expose another person’s private information. AQRYO may review, restrict or remove content when necessary.

Illegal activity, fraud, promotion of hatred or violence, serious threats, harassment, unauthorized disclosure of personal data, malware, child sexual exploitation, unlawful sexual content, encouragement of self-harm, and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.

Users should upload only text, images and other materials they have the right to share. The AQRYO brand, software, design and original platform elements belong to their respective rights holders.

AQRYO may change features, usage limits, paid services and the scope of the service over time. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Content may be removed and access may be restricted or suspended when these terms are violated, a security risk exists, or the law requires it.

Creator opinions and user-generated content belong to the relevant users. To the extent permitted by law, AQRYO is not responsible for transactions users make with one another or with third parties.
