Payment Terms

The scope and total price including taxes of the digital content or service are shown before payment.

A purchase is completed only after a successful result from the payment provider. Paid access is not activated for failed, cancelled or incomplete transactions.

The total amount and currency are shown before payment is completed. No additional charge is collected without the user’s explicit approval.

After successful payment, purchased digital content or services are made available electronically in the relevant user screen.

Cancellation and refund requests are assessed under the Delivery and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Transactions suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, abuse or security risk may be rejected, suspended or reviewed.
