Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement governs the digital content or service purchased electronically through AQRYO and the parties’ rights and obligations relating to that transaction.

The main features, scope and total price including taxes of the purchased service or package are shown on the purchase screen before payment and form part of the transaction.

Payment is made using a method supported by AQRYO. The transaction is completed when a successful result is received from the payment provider.

Digital content or service is made available electronically after successful payment through the relevant user or Experience screen. No physical delivery is made unless expressly stated.

Withdrawal rights are governed by applicable consumer law. Statutory exceptions may apply to services performed immediately electronically and intangible digital content supplied immediately when legal conditions are met.

Refund requests may be reviewed for technical errors, duplicate charges, failure to provide paid access, or other cases required by law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

The buyer confirms that purchase information is accurate and that they are authorized to use the payment method. The seller/provider must provide the purchased digital service within its stated scope. Suspected fraud or abuse may be blocked.

Consumer disputes may be referred to competent consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts or other authorities under applicable law. Contract and purchase requests: hey@buum-e.com.
